Caretaker Minister for Railways Roshan Khursheed Bharucha has underlined the need for undertaking work on Main Line-1, which is part of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Talking to newsmen at Rawalpindi railway station on Wednesday, she said several locomotives and coaches need to be replaced with new ones.
The Minister said condition of many railway stations and trains was improved during the last PML-N government.
She said the positive initiatives taken by the last government to reform Railways should be continued.
