    The Accountability Court has rejected plea of the sharif family of 7 days exemption from the appearance during hearing of the Avenfield Property Reference Case today.

    The judge of the Accountability Court Islamabad -I, Muhammad Bashir reserved the judgement earlier after hearing arguments of the lawyers.

    The accountability court accepted prosecution’s plea to submit fresh evidence in the case avenfield properties case against Sharif Family.

    Earlier, today soon after the hearing resumed, the counsel of sharif family filed exemption plea from today’s hearing of the sharif family, which was accepted by the court, whereas Captain Retired Safdar has appeared before the court.

    While talking to the newsmen outside the Harley Street Hospital, the former premier said that he did not know either he would be granted exemption or not. He urged the nation to pray for her wife’s good health and for that of all patients in the world.Earlier on April 17, the counsel of Maryam Nawaz had concluded his cross examination of Wajid Zia in Avenfield Reference, Judge Muhammad Bashir adjourned the hearing of the case until April 20.
