Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan levelled several charges of money laundering against Nawaz Sharif and his family.
In a news conference, in which he was expected to make 'explosive revelations', Imran said, "these people use their employees to launder money".
He claimed that Nawaz gave Rs800 million to his daughter Maryam Nawaz.
"They use Punjab Police to launder money....no wonder the state of the police in the province," he said, adding that the Hudaibiya Paper Mills was also established to launder money.
Reading details of misappropriation from a paper, Imran said he will share this chart with the media and submit it to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) as well.
'Nawaz, Asif destroyed Parliament'
Talking about Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif, who condemned in the National Assembly today Imran's 'anti-Parliament' remarks on Wednesday, Imran said Asif himself has a foreign work permit and is paid a salary from a UAE company.
"Which foreign minister is employed in another country," wondered Imran.
The PTI chief also termed Asif a security risk, owing to his 'pro-US' stance.
"Parliamentarians destroyed the Parliament," claimed the PTI chief, adding that people like Nawaz and Asif have destroyed Parliament.
Imran said Nawaz has to be answerable for the Rs300 billion he moved out of the country.
'Nation looking up to NAB chairman'
Congratulating the NAB for summoning the Punjab chief minister, Imran said the "nation stands with you [NAB chairman] and is looking up to you".
Answering a question about the low attendance in Wednesday's joint opposition protest in Lahore, Imran said showing a mass gathering was not the plan. "Rather, it was about showing unity for the Model Town victims," he stated.
Imran reiterated that Parliament is just a building's name and its sanctitiy has to be reflected in the people that are in it.
He said the words he used to describe Parliament were softer than what he wanted to say, adding that "thankfully I controlled myself".
"A mafia has occupied the Parliament so how am I supposed to respect it," he asked.
'Explosive revelations'
Earlier today, Khan took to Twitter to continue his tirade from where he left off a day earlier at the joint opposition protest rally in Lahore.
He posted on Twitter: "When a Parliament, which must protect nation's interests, passes a person-specific law allowing a disqualified person guilty of Rs 3 bn money laundering, tax evasion, concealment of assets, forgery & perjury to become head of a pol party, then such a law is a "laanath" on Parl."
He further termed his use of the Urdu damned "a mild word to use" challenging anyone who disagreed with him to conduct a public poll to gauge what people thing of "such a Parliament" going so far as to guaranteeing that most would condemn it.
Imran Khan on Wednesday had lambasted the parliament for allowing a 'criminal' to be elected as a party president.
"I damn the parliament that made a criminal the president of a party," he said, in an apparent reference to Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz's (PML-N) decision to elect ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif as its president.
Imran was addressing a joint opposition protest rally to seek justice for the Model Town tragedy in Lahore.
