The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has finalised a plan to conduct auction of plots in Islamabad January 2024, aiming to alleviate financial pressures on the civic body.
A CDA official revealed that the plot auction is scheduled to span from January to January 12 at Gandhara Hall within F-9 Park. The auction will encompass plots situated in key areas such as Blue Area, Centers, and Park Road.
The auction inventory comprises a diverse range of properties, including petrol pumps, Class Three shopping centers, agro farms, and apartment plots.
Additionally, fruit and vegetable shops, IT centers, and hostel plots will be featured in the auction.
To incentivize prompt payments, a significant 10 percent discount will be offered for complete payments made within one month of bid acceptance.
Moreover, the CDA has assured that approval for construction plans will be promptly granted upon the initial instalment payment.
This initiative not only seeks to optimize the allocation of plots but also aims to stimulate timely development and construction activities.
