Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Siraj-ul-Haq said that 436 Pakistanis were named in the Panama Leaks news. Jamaat-e-Islami was the first to request action on this. Unfortunately, only one person was convicted. Nothing happened against 435 people. Two judges of Panama Leaks case became Chief Justice but nothing was done.

Speaking to the media on the occasion of the hearing of the Panama Papers petition in the Supreme Court, Sirajul Haque said that Jamaat-e-Islami is fighting against corruption in the country. Struggle against corruption is must for everyone.

He said that all the cases of people coming to the government are closed. Against the opposition, all the institutions are intensified. We want the Supreme Court to fulfill its duty.

He questioned what the accountability institutions are doing in the country. What did FIA, NAB and other institutions do? These institutions of ours have not done anything. The wealth of some people is increasing. This is a robbery of public money. Coming to the Supreme Court is not a party's problem but a people's problem. How much money do ministers and advisors have today? Our religion and constitution does not allow all this.

He further said that according to the international survey, there is corruption of 7 billion rupees in Pakistan. Jamaat-e-Islami raised its voice from Chowk Intersection to Parliament. Today we are present in the Supreme Court to take the rights of the people and we hope we get justice. This time also a JIT should be formed with the help of the institutions for which they are formed.
