NAB has decided to make Bushra Bibi a witness in the case of alleged illegal settlement of 190 million pounds.
According to the notice sent to Bushra Bibi, the statement of Bushra Bibi as a witness will be recorded on June 7. The notice was issued to Bushra Bibi as a witness and not as an accused.
It should be remembered that under the amendment act NAB is obliged to state whether summoning as an accused or as a witness mentioned in the notice issued to Bushra Bibi.
In the notice, the documents of Al-Qadir Trust have also been requested from Bushra Bibi, while the records of registration of Al-Qadir Trust, approval from the Punjab Higher Education Commission have also been requested.
