    Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) President Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Pakistan Muslim League (N) Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz reached the sit-in in front of the Supreme Court where they will address the workers. Workers of PDM parties entered the Red Zone by jumping the gate and shouting slogans reached outside the Supreme Court, where FC and police officials tried to stop them.

    A heavy contingent of police and FC had already been alerted to stop the protesting workers outside the Supreme Court while Dastur highway has also been temporarily closed for traffic in view of the situation.

    Spokesperson Islamabad Capital Police has confirmed the entry of PDM party workers into Red Zone. The activists who reached the gate of the Supreme Court are busy shouting slogans. The police appealed to the protesters to remain peaceful, saying that there are fears of terrorism, so the public is requested to stay away from the gathering places. The spokesman has also requested the public's cooperation.

    Meanwhile, the protestors of the parties involved in the PDM have set up a stage on Shahrah Dastur, where a large number of workers are shouting slogans.

    Apart from this, the protesters set up a stage in front of the Supreme Court Judges Gate from where the leaders of the parties participating in the protest are giving speeches. During the protest, the protesters are shouting slogans against Imran Khan.

    Earlier, the workers of the parties included in the government coalition had left in large numbers from different cities last night to hold a sit-in in Islamabad. Workers of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) parties, who came out in convoys to protest outside the Supreme Court in the federal capital, carried the flags of their respective parties.

    Workers of government parties who went to Islamabad for protest also raised slogans against the Chief Justice and in favor of Pakistan Army in the form of protest rallies at some places. The workers were served halwa, chana and naan for breakfast at many places.

    It should be noted that Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of JUI(F) and the ruling coalition PDM, appealed to the entire nation to participate in a peaceful protest outside the Supreme Court today. On which Pakistan Muslim League-N and Pakistan People's Party have announced full participation in the protest, however Awami National Party (ANP) will not participate in the protest.
