    Abu Dhabi University (ADU) has unveiled a range of prestigious scholarships for the academic year 2024-2025, offering an array of opportunities for students pursuing higher education.

    The scholarship program caters to both undergraduate and postgraduate studies, aiming to reward academic achievements and extracurricular accomplishments.

    With a diverse set of scholarships, ADU is ensuring inclusivity and equal access to education for students worldwide. The various offerings cover a broad spectrum:

    Undergraduate programs

    For undergraduate students, the Academic Scholarship provides a 20% tuition fee waiver for those with a minimum CGPA of 3.60. Continuing ADU students can benefit from this opportunity.

    Alumni pursuing postgraduate studies are eligible for a 20% tuition fee waiver under the Alumni Scholarship, fostering continued educational growth for former ADU students.

    Active participants in Abu Dhabi sports teams can avail themselves of a 25% tuition fee waiver through the Athletic Scholarship for undergraduate programs.

    The University Scholarship offers a 15% to up to 50% tuition fee waiver for GCC candidates and UAE residents pursuing undergraduate programs.

    Families with multiple students at ADU can benefit from the Family Tuition Waiver, providing tuition fee waivers of up to 15%, 20%, or 25% for eligible family members.

    Graduate programs

    Graduate students with an undergraduate CGPA of 3.5 or higher can enjoy a 25% reduction in tuition fees through the Merit-based Graduate Scholarship.

    The H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Scholarship for undergraduate programs is a fully funded opportunity covering 100% of tuition fees, application fees, registration fees, and additional services.

    Eligibility

    Eligibility for these scholarships extends to international students globally and local UAE students, with varying requirements based on CGPA and program levels. Applicants must be formally admitted to ADU to qualify.

    The application process begins post-formal admission to ADU, accessible through the Financial Aid and Scholarships section in the student's university account. The deadline for applying for the Abu Dhabi University Scholarships for the Spring Semester is February 16, 2024.

    Documentation

    Essential documents, including passport copies, transcripts, degrees, proof of English language proficiency, Emirates ID copies, and police clearance certificates, are necessary for the application process.
