Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has offered talks to Taliban side by side with threats and threatened to Taliban if they did not surrender they will be face consequences likewise Mullah Akhtar Mansoor.
The Afghan President has given threats of dire consequences to Taliban along with offer of dialogues. The statement issued from the Afghan president office stated that Taliban should surrender and live peaceful life.
Taliban groups have yet another opportunity to end and renounce violence, lay down their arms, and resume normal & peaceful life. (1/2)

The statement also warned the Taliban leadership if they did not surrender they will be dealt like Mullah Akhtar Mansoor.
It is pertinent to mention here that Taliban leader Mullah Akhtar Manoor was killed in the US drone attack on last Friday around district of Noshki in Baluchistan.
