  • Snapchat video shows two men right before their fatal car crash in Saudi Arabia

    Two young men documented the moment they were killed after they were busy filming themselves on snapchat while driving on the main highway connect al-Rayn and al-Bishah cities.

    The men in the car were driving with loud music on while the driver was focused on his friend filming him on snapchat when they suddenly realized they were about to collide with another car.

    One of the men was instantly killed in the crash while the other was rushed to intensive care unit with serious life-threatening injuries.

    Several reports indicate the driver of the car was also killed in the crash. It is being reported that he was going to start his new job and at a school nearby and was on his way to start his first day on the job.
    Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Traffic has said that the use of mobile phones while driving is the main cause in 78 percent of road accidents.

    The directorate has warned the public against the use of mobile phones while driving as it distracts the driver's mind and loses concentration, putting him and others at great risks of serious crashes.
