Dismissed cricketer Khalid Latif has filed Intra-court appeal against single bench decision in Lahore High Court earlier today.
Reportedly, dismissed cricketer Khalid Latif has presented the stance that the decision of bench is contrary to the facts and it should be nullified. He also said that as per the policies of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the tribunal as well as Anti-Corruption Unit doesn’t hold the right of taking any action against him.
It is to mention here that Khalid Latif was being accused for spot fixing during Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches due to which the management dismissed him from National Cricket. In this regard, the tribunal as well as Anti-Corruption Unit collaboratively taken action against him as well as other cricketers involved in this scandal.
