Punjab defeated Sindh by five wickets in last and important match of Pakistan Cup and qualified for final, while KPK and Punjab teams will play final on Sunday.
Sindh team decided to bat first in the last league match of Pakistan Cup in Faisalabad, after which Sindh team batting line flopped badly and gave a target of 159 runs to Punjab team.
Fawad Alam and Captain Sarfaraz Ahmed from Sindh team scored 62 and 40 runs respectively.
Punjab team’s Ahsan Adil and Zulfiqar Babar took three each, while Amir Yameen and Kashif Bhatti took two wickets each.
Meanwhile, Punjab team chased the required target in 28 overs with a loss of five wickets.
Shan Masood and Salman Butt of Punjab team maintained an opening partnership of 85 runs, while Shan Masood was declared man of the match.
