    Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah on Wednesday chaired a meeting over prevailing law and order situation in Karachi.

    Officials said Inspector General Police (IGP) Sindh, Shahid Nadeem Baloch, Director General Rangers and high officials of law-enforcement agencies briefed the CM over the fresh wave of unrest in Karachi which has claimed 26 lives over the past 72 hours. The meeting, held at Chief Minister House, was presided over by Syed Qaim Ali Shah.

    Sources said that the CM has been proposed to ban pillion-riding on motorbike in Karachi and imposition of Section 144 in five major cities of Sindh, including Karachi
