Supreme Court Karachi registry heard the case of accused involved in more than 20 killings on a plea from S.Nazim Hussain.
The court has rejected the plea to transfer the accused from Sukkar to Karachi. The court remarked that the same case is also being heard in High Court. No decision could be taken unless the high court gives it’s decision.Advocate Farooque stanced that all the cases against his client are Karachi based.
My client was sent to Sukkar on the name of an expected attack on Jail.
The cases are being delayed and family is facing trouble to meet.
