Rangers launched targeted operation in different areas and arrested 14 persons including alleged target killers. Several accused reportedly belonged to a political party.
Officials of an intelligence agency raided office of a political party in Block 7 of Federal B Area and arrested four accused of different criminal acts.
Police rushed to Block 13-D of Gulshan-e-Iqbal after receiving information of robbery. The accused opened firing at police party while two of them were injured when police retaliated.
