Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said on Tuesday that prolonged power outages have worsened in Karachi.

He accused the federal government of not fulfilling its promises. He said that they do not wish that people storm grid stations like they did in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa therefore; federation should improve the transmission line.

Prolonged power outages in Karachi continue to irk locals as the issue has still not been resolved by the authorities.

Among the most affected areas are Shah Fisal Colony, Malir, Khokhrapar, Liaquatabad, Federal-B area, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Orangi Town and others where the power has still not been restored.

Karachiites are facing immense troubles as the scorching heat has doubled their plight.

Loadshedding has also led to water scarcity in the metropolis as the fast observing faithful have to wander through the streets in the search of water.
