8 cases of terrorism including Safoora carnage, Karachi have been transferred to military courts on Saturday. Sindh High Court has issued notifications as well.
Many prominent cases have been transferred by the notification. According to the notification issued by Sindh High Court, Justice Maqbool Baqir case has also been transferred to military courts. Other cases include bomb attack on Shah Latif police bus and New Karachi police station attack as well.
According to the notification, the cases of counter-terrorism were transferred to the military courts on the recommendation of the federal government.
