Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday has granted interim bail to Zulfiqar Mirza and accomplices in as many as three cases till June 10 whereas the accused have also been succeeded in getting temporary bail by district and session judge South till June 13.
According to the details, former Sindh Home Minister appeared in the court for hearing amid tight during which ATC accepted the accusers’ interim bail till June 10 while district judge also allowed the extension in bail till June 13.
Moreover, the court has directed the officers to gear up the investigation into the matter.
Earlier, at least three cases including assisting suspects of gangwar and supplying illegal weapons to them were registered against former Home Minister of Sindh Zulfiqar Mirza at Darakshan police Station.
The cases have been filed under 293, 294 and 295 provisions of Anti-Terrorism Act which was registered after interrogation by detained felon.
