Karachi police chief Saturday said that no one would be allowed to block Shahrah-e-Faisal as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) announced to stage a protest sit-in on one of the main thoroughfares of Karachi today.
Ghulam Qadir Thebo, Additional Inspector General (AIG) Sindh, said that Shahra-e-Faisal is a main road of the metropolitan city and no one would be allowed to block it.
PTI core committee in last night its meeting decided to hold protest demonstrations in major cities including Karachi in addition to the main anti-government protest in Islamabad’s Red Zone.
