Minister for water and power Khawaja Asif has claimed through a tweet message that there is no unscheduled load shedding in the country as short fall of 2802 megawatt was recorded.
In his message on social media website, he has claimed once again that currently total 15926 electricity being generated however demand has also risen to 18728MW that caused the shortage of 2802MW.
“There is no unscheduled load shedding across the country as we are trying to overcome scheduled long shedding,” he said.

Despite minister’s claims unannounced load shedding is part of the day most parts of the country, Particularly Karachi.
Several parts of the Karachi being faced 11 to 12 hours load shedding with out any schedule while KE has already warned that the unannounced load shedding will be continued in next two to three days.
