Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said that Dr Tahirul Qadri has filed writ in court instead of going to JIT while Model town tragedy is being used for political purposes.
While talking to media outside Punjab Assembly, he said that the purpose behind sit-in is to create instability and chaos in the country thus district administration has been directed to ensure PAT rally peaceful.
He added that all the requirements of justice in accordance with the prevailing laws were made related to Model town tragedy case while Tahirul Qadri is doing political propaganda that he didn’t get justice.
Law Minister said that FIR was lodged on court’s order, police personnel were arrested while FIR was registered against 42 activists of PAT.
