Prime Minister’s eldest son Hussain Nawaz appeared before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing Sharif family’s business dealing abroad for the fourth time today.Amid tight security arrangement at Federal Judicial Academy, Hussain Nawaz accompanied by PML-N leaders and activists reached the FJA.
The JIT, headed by Additional Director General FIA Wajid Zia, has started its proceeding.
The JIT is questioning the Prime Minister’s son, whose earlier questioning sessions have spanned over hours.
Sources said that Hussain Nawaz had brought documents sought by the JIT. All the six members of the JIT are attending today’s session. This is fourth appearance of Hussain Nawaz during last six days.
Security at and around the Federal Judicial Committee has been beefed up and additional contingent of police have been deployed there.
On Friday, Prime Minister’s youngest son Hassan Nawaz appeared before the JIT for the first time. The team grilled him for over seven hours.
The JIT was constituted by the special implementation bench of the apex court formed to oversee the court’s verdict in Panama case last month.
