The Interior Ministry has decided to set up a special force for the security of judiciary and judges.
The Ministry issued a notification for setting up the force for the security of judiciary and judges.
A spokesman of Interior Ministry said that the decision to raise a special force for the security of judiciary was taken on the special directive of Interior Minister. The special force will comprise personnel of police, Rangers and FC.
The objective to setup special force was to provide foolproof security to judges and officials of judiciary.
It is to be mentioned here that following the suicide attack on lower court judges’ van in Peshawar, Chief Justice of Pakistan had ordered Interior Ministry to ensure security of judges in the country.
