  • PAT Chief to decide sit-in’s fate tomorrow

    Dr Tahirul Qadri, Chairman of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), will announce the decision of continuing or ending the sit-in in Islamabad tomorrow.

    The PAT Chairman chaired a meeting of the party’s coalition partners at his residence in Lahore on Monday (today).

    The meeting decided that coalition parties will not stage rallies during the month of Muharram.

    Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) leaders Chaudhry Pervez Elahi and Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, speaking to media after the meeting, said that PML-Q and Awami Tehreek have a unified stance on all the issues and there is no difference of opinion.

    President PAT Raheeq Abbasi said that tomorrow the Awami Tehreek will hold celebrations of the nation’s awakening.
