ISLAMABAD: The Senate Standing Committee on Human Rights has accepted a resolution seeking lifting of ban on YouTube.
The matter concerning removal of YouTube ban will be discussed in the Senate session.
The video-sharing website has been blocked in Pakistan since September 2012 over its failure to remove the controversial and blasphemous movie against Islam that sparked furious protests around the world.
