A powerful bomb blast in the provincial capital of insurgency-torn Balochistan province left at least ten people wounded here on Saturday night.
"The improvised explosive device was strapped to a bicycle parked on Samungly Pnaj Futtee (5-feet) road. It went off with a loud bang injuring at least ten bystanders", Superintendent of Police Saddar (area) told.
According to sources, so loud was the explosion that windowpanes of many nearby buildings turned to smithereens. The bomb disposal squad has been called in to clear the area.
