Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) leader Hafiz Hamdullah was injured in a bomb blast in Mastung district of Balochistan on Thursday.
The bomb explosion targeted the vehicle in which Hamdullah was travelling. One of JUI leader’s companions and guard were among several other people who were injured in the blast.
The wounded were rushed to Nawab Ghaus Bakhsh Hospital for treatment.
Hamdullah was travelling to Magochar town when he was targeted.
Security forces personnel have surrounded the area and launched an operation to hunt down the culprits.
