    The pleasant change in the weather beats the heat once again. Rain showers in Rawalpindi and Islamabad caused the mercury to drop down.

    Rain showered generously in Sargodha and Gujranwala early morning on Thursday.

    Widespread rain-thundershower is expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions, while scattered rain-thundershower is expected in Sargodha, Faisalabad, Sahiwal divisions and at isolated places in Bahawalpur, Multan, and D.G Khan divisions whereas heavy rain-thundershower is expected in Hazara division with scattered rainfall in Malakand, Peshawar, Kohat and Bannu in the next 24 hours.

    The whole ambiance freshened up as it started to rain late at night in the twin cities. The breeze pushed the heat away. Temperature dropped as the scene bathed in the rain bringing relief to the observers of fast in the month of Ramazan. Met Office has given the yet again.

    The temperature dropped in Lahore as the sun shed behind the clouds.

    Hot and humid weather to prevail in parts of Sindh with scattered rain shower in Karachi, Hyderabad and Mir Pur Khas during the next 24 hours.
