Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast scattered rain/thundershowers at Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Hazara divisions and Kashmir during the next 12 hours.
The PMD said isolated rain is also likely to occur at Multan, D.G. Khan, Bahawalpur, Peshawar, Kohat and Bannu divisions.
Two spells of rain received in various cities of Punjab and upper northern parts Tuesday night turned the atmosphere pleasant.
Normal monsoon this year
Monsoon rains would be normal this year and there is no threat of any floods in the country, however the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) is still all set to meet any untoward situation that may arise from the rains.
