  • Hunza boy climbs 6, 050 metre peak, sets a world record

    An 8-year-old Pakistani boy set a new world record by climbing the summit of a 6, 050 metre tall mountain in Hunza.

    Mohsin Ali, from the small town of Shimshal in the Hunza valley, became the world’s youngest mountaineer to achieve this amazing feat of climbing the Minglik Sar peak.

    He was accompanied by his father, Fazal Ali and fellow mountaineers Rehmat Nazar and Khushdul Karim. Mohsan Ali is grandson of Pakistan’s noted climber Rajab Ali.
