A banking court on Tuesday extended judicial remand of model Ayyan Ali till May 8 over charges of currency smuggling.
Ayyan Ali was produced before the judge of banking court due to non-availability of a customs court judge. In today’s hearing, judge Sabir Sultan extended her judicial remand till May 8.
A charge-sheet was presented in the customs court last week which declared the model as prime accused in currency-smuggling case. The model was arrested from a Dubai-bound plane at Islamabad Airport for carrying 500,000 dollars.
