Iran uses billboards to pay tribute to Iranian health workers on the forefront of the fight against coronavirus, and to urge people to stay at home, in the capital Tehran.

Iran's health ministry reported another 111 deaths from the novel coronavirus, taking the official overall toll in the worst-hit Middle East country to 4,585.

Iran allowed small businesses outside the capital to reopen Saturday, arguing the sanctions-hit economy in the country with the deadliest coronavirus outbreak in the Middle East cannot stay in lockdown.
