Kuwaiti Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Albaheb Sibbaah has resigned the cabinet to Amir Kuwait and Amir Kuwait Shaikh Saba-al-Jahad al-Jabbar Sibbaah has approved it.
Kuwaiti speaker of the Kuwaiti parliament, talking to journalists, said that he was expecting the resignation of the government.
