    The national selection committee has invited 23 probable players for a fitness test, which will be held at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore on April 15 and 16 ahead of the World Cup in England and Wales this summer.

    The selection committee also confirmed the squad for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2019 will be announced on April 18.

    The Pakistan cricket team is scheduled to depart for England on April 23 April where they will take on England in a series of practice and international matches, before starting their World Cup campaign against West Indies on May 31 at Trent Bridge.
