Fast bowler Mohammad Amir said on Monday that whichever team manages to handle pressure well in the Champions Trophy match between India and Pakistan will win the game.

He said: “I bowled long spells in the West Indies tour. I am getting back my swing and my line and length are getting better day by day,” adding, “The conditions here favour bowlers, hopefully, I will be good here too.”

He expressed his hope that like in the tour of West Indies, the batsmen and bowlers will give their performances in the Champions Trophy too.

Sarfraz’s men are set to lock horns with arch-rivals India in their opening match on June 4.

Pakistan will play their second and third group stage matches against South Africa and Sri Lanka on June 7 and 12, respectively.
