The traders community has been divided over protest call against extortion and unrest in Karachi.
Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan and Interior Minister Rehman Malik held meeting with members of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Karachi Chambers of Commerce and Industry and All Karachi Tajir Ittehad at the Governor House.
The federation took back their protest call for 15 days on assurance from Governor Sindh and Interior Minister.
Meanwhile, trader leader Siraj Qasim Taili said that Karachi Chambers of Commerce and Industry will hold protest on November 10 as per programme.
