KARACHI: Shops are closed in some of the towns of the province of Sindh on the call of Sindh nationalist parties to observe Monday a day of mourning against the Sindh People’s Local Government Act-2012
Tando Muhammad Khan and some other towns across the province observing day of mourning by keeping the shops closed, while the traffic on the roads are also seen thin.
While a huge public meeting of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is being held in the second largest city of the province—Hyderabad in support of the SPLG Act-2012 for which Sindh and Mehran Universities have been closed facilitating the youths to participate in the rally.
