    Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan said that Mayor Karachi Waseem Akhtar was demanding the same power PTI-led government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had given to local governments.

    Addressing traders here, the PTI Chief said that the Muslim had become super power not by the virtue of technology rather their honesty and moral powers. He said that the Muslim changed the world by following in the footsteps of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

    He said that Pakistan need change dearly. The PTI chief said that his party was voted to power in KP for the first time. He enumerated the steps taken by the KP government, saying that due to its efforts land price in Galyaat increased by almost 100 percent and the number of tourists visited Galyaat also increased by 100 percent.

    The PTI chief underlined the need to widen the tax net, saying that if tax collection system was corrected and proper taxation system was put in place Pakistan can overcome its economic woes.

    He added in KP 30 percent development funds had been given to local governments.
