  • Sindh government surrenders services of AD Khawaja, recommends replacement

    The Sindh government has decided to surrender the services of Inspector General (IG) of Sindh Police Allah Dino Khawaja and has recommended three officers to the Establishment Division for consideration as his replacement.

    According to a letter dated 31st March 2017, the Secretary Services, General Administration and Coordination Department, Sindh wrote to the Secretary Establishment Division in Islamabad stating that “the Government of Sindh has decided to surrender the services of Mr. Allah Dino Khawaja,” recommending three officers for posting as IGP Sindh.

    Those recommended by the provincial government include, Sardar Abdul Majeed, currently serving as Additional Inspector General, Research, Development, Inspections and Enquiries, Sindh.

    Ghullam Qadir Thebo, currently serving as Chairman, Enquiries and Anti-Corruption Establishment, Sindh and Khadim Hussain Bhatti, currently serving as Additional Inspector General, Traffic, Sindh.
