    Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday took notice of the pending cases of property and ordered all the district and sessions courts to conclude all the pending cases of property disputes till July 31.

    As per details, Chief Justice (LHC) Sardar Shamim Khan has taken notice of the pending property case and written a letter to the session judges directing them to conclude all the pending property case as soon as possible.

    The letter has also said that as per the records as much as 786 cases related to property disputes are pending since December 31, 2012. It directed the district and session judges to conclude all the pending cases till July 31.
