The commission formed under the Conflict of Interest Act 2018 will comprise three members, including a chairman. The commission chairman will be an individual who is eligible to be a high court judge while one of the members will be a Grade 20 retired civil servant and the other will be a financial management expert.

Citizens will be able to file a complaint in the commission against government employees who misuse their powers.

The draft bill of the commission has been handed over to special committee number 1 for further lawmaking.
