The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday has barred Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz from leaving country placign his name on ECL.
Opposition leader was leaving for Doha by Qatar Airway flight-620 when FIA authorities off loaded him and did not allow to leave the country.
