Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Wednesday took a jibe at the ruling families while questioning their treatment abroad.
He was addressing a rally here in Gujranwala today.
“(Punjab Chief Minister) Shehbaz Sharif has not erected a single hospital in Punjab. He [read Shehbaz Sharif] goes to London for treatment. Likewise, the treatment of Nawaz Sharif’s better half is also underway in London. He preferred Metro Bus projects over hospitals”, deplored Khan while adding, “No one travels in Multan metro bus”.
Khan also pointed out towards exorbitant difference in price of drugs in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. “Rulers earn money by imposing huge taxes on masses”, stated Khan.
He warned Punjab CM again that it was his turn now after Nawaz Sharif.
Khan termed PTI a party of youth while stating that members of the party are mostly youngsters.
