    Pakistan People’s Party demonstrated its power in Lower Dir, while Former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani has demanded the government to add FATA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

    Addressing the rally in Lower Dir, Former President Yousuf Raza Gillani demanded to restore blocked identity cards of Pashtuns, adding that those looting national treasure must be brought to justice.

    The PPP leader said that his party believed in the supremacy of the parliament.

    “When the PM appears before a grade 19 officer, what will happen to the parliament’s supremacy,” he said.

    Gillani said that martyrdom is the main ideology of PPP and our martyrs are living in our hearts. PPP government always cared for oppressed class, adding that PPP always raised voice for the poor people.

    Former Prime Minister continued that load shedding and unemployment is at rise due to wrong policies of government, while he claimed that PPP will clean sweep in next elections.

    Meanwhile, mismanagement was seen at rise during PPP rally and the PPP workers attempted to advance towards stage, due to which police had to charge baton to prevent workers.

    Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari had to address the rally, but he had to cancel his participation after he was not given security clearance.
