AJK Legislative Assembly (AJKLA) in its special session in Muzaffarabad on Monday adopted a number of resolutions strongly denouncing Indian firing on civilian population at Line of Control.

A resolution said following Pulwama attack, India not only intensified its state terrorism in occupied Kashmir but also resorted to unprovoked shelling on this side of LoC.

The resolution said that Narendra Modi government has sensed its defeat in the election and want to take advantage of the Pulwama attack.

In another resolution the House paid rich tribute to the martyrs of armed forces and civilian population on LOC and vowed that every child of AJK and Pakistan will back their valiant armed forces in protection of the motherland.

The House lauded prompt and effective response of Pakistan Air Force against the violation of Pakistan's airspace by India.

The House also welcomed statement of the OIC condemning Indian state terrorism in Occupied Kashmir.

The resolution appealed UN, OIC and international community to pressure India to give right to self-determination to the Kashmiris in line with UN resolutions.
