Gilgit-Baltistan Finance Minister Muhammad Akbar Taban says a record budget with total outlay of 63.856 billion rupees will put the area on path of rapid development.
Talking to media persons in Gilgit on Friday, he said that top priority has been given to power sector for which 3.278 billion rupees proposed.
