    CM says Late Shah Khan has played a role in libration of GB from Dogra rule.

    The hero of the liberation war of Gilgit-Baltistan Group Captain Shah Khan was laid to rest with honor in historic Chinar Garden in the vicinity of Yadgar-e Shuhada in Gilgit on Sunday.

    The funeral prayer was attended by people from all walks of life including serving and retired and Pak Army, Gilgit-Baltistan Scouts and civil officials.

    A contingent of Pakistan Air Force presented guard of honor at his Moselum. Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman also laid wreath at the Mazar.

    Later talking to media Chief Minister Hafiz-ur-Rehman said that Late Shah Khan has played a role in libration of GB from Dogra rule.

    Governor Gilgit-Baltistan Mir Ghazanfar Ali Khan and Chief Minister Hafiz-ur-Rehman have expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of Hero of Gilgit-Baltistan Liberation War Shah Khan.

    In their separate messages they paid tributes to him for his gallantry services during liberation war against Dogra rule in Gilgit-Baltistan.
