The initial post-mortem of foreign tourists killed in militants attack in Diamir District near Chilas revealed that all the tourists were killed due bullet shots in head and neck.
Earlier, the dead bodied of the tourists were brought to Islamabad.
According to a spokesman of the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Dr Wasim, two tourists were killed after their hands were tied up while the others were killed by bullet shots in the head and neck.
According to sources, seven dead bodied were shifted to Poly Clinic Hospital after autopsy while the bodies of three Chinese tourists were kept at PIMS.
