The member parliament of Pakhtun Tehufaz Movement and allegedly involved in inciting people to attack armed forces check post, Ali Wazir has been produced before Banuu Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday.
After hearing initial remarks ATC judge has sent Ali Wazir for eight-day physical remanded to Counter Terrorism Department custody.
Later, Ali Wazir shifted to Peshawar.
Other PTM leader and MNA Mohsin Dawar who was allegedly involved in attacking army post still at large. Sources said that he was hiding in population and is using the population as a human shield.
Sources also said that FIR has also been lodged against PTM leader Gulalai Ismail as she was also at large.
Three people were killed and 15 ─ including five soldiers ─ were injured in an exchange of fire in North Waziristan’s Boyya area, when the Kharqamar check-post was attacked during a protest on Sunday, in which Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) members were also participating.
