    The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has given approval of filing of four references and three inquiries in mega corruption cases on Thursday.

    According to details, the anti-graft watchdog executive board meeting has given go ahead of the filing of reference against former DG Sindh Building Control Authority Manzoor Kaka in a scam of three billion rupees, secretary Karachi port trust housing society Gulab Khan, the ex-president of Bank of Punjab Naeemudin Khan and former DG PID Chaudhry Rashid.

    Meeting has also approved the three inquiries including the former president Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur’s company Zardari Groups, former secretary Shehbaz Sharif Imdadullah Bosal, PML-N MNA Nasir Bosal and chief operating officers Agricultural Development Bank Syed Talat Mehmood.

    The chairman NAB, on the occasion, reiterated his stance that the mega corruption cases would be brought to their logical end and the absconders and criminals would also be brought to task soon.
